Phillips Family Pharmacy is an accredited pharmacy in diabetes education who provides the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (ADCES) Diabetes Education Accreditation Program (DEAP).
The course is designed to teach you about diabetes and help you develop skills to assist you in managing your diabetes.
The course comprises of an initial one-on-one consultation with a pharmacist followed by four classes where different topics in diabetes management will be discussed and practiced. One month after you complete the course, you will have a one-on-one follow-up phone call with the pharmacist to see how your continued progress is going.
What Is the Cost?
The course will be billed directly through your insurance. If for some reason your insurance does not cover the cost of the course, you will be provided a Phillips Family Pharmacy Loyalty discount.
